Celebrating the Arts Week has been AMAZING! I hope your children have told you about the fun presenters that we've had this week, including a children's author, a Weather Channel meteorologist, and an architect just to name a few. Many thanks to Tritt parent Susannah MacKay for coordinating this fantastic week for us.
On Monday please have your child wear their class shirt and tennis shoes for our field trip to the Chattahoochee Nature Center. If your child is bringing a lunch from home, make sure to pack their food and drink in disposable containers and label them with your child's name as they will be packed in a box together with all of the lunches. If you want your child to wear sunscreen, please apply it to your child at home before sending them to school. Many thanks to Elaine Bress for planning our fabulous Author's Tea! Thank you to all of you who sent in items for the Tea, as well as who helped set up and clean up. A special shout out to Mr. and Mrs. Mallory for staying to help clean up every last bit of the room and helped Elaine carry things back out to the car! What a HUGE help you were.
